Political Leaders Share Their Vision for New Zealand’s Primary Industries

What a great night in Wellington!

After the final day of the 54th Parliament, agriculture spokespeople from six political parties came together to share their visions for New Zealand’s primary industries.

Thank you to Steve Abel (Green), Mike Butterick (National), Andrew Hoggard (ACT), Jo Luxton (Labour), Mark Patterson (New Zealand First) and Daniel Eb (Opportunity) for joining the New Zealand Guild of Agricultural Journalists & Communicators for a lively panel discussion in the Beehive theatrette on September 23.

The conversation didn’t end when the panel did. Politicians and Guild members, including journalists, broadcasters and communications professionals from across the sector, carried it on across the road at The Backbencher Pub.
