As the Guild is a member of the International Federation of Agricultural Journalists you will also have opportunities to attend World Congresses, network with international colleagues, participate in international journalism and photography awards and professional development initiatives.

Our members include:

• Editors and journalists working for and contributing to all major rural newspapers and magazines
• Producers and presenters of leading rural radio and TV programmes
• Agriculture editors of national newspapers
• Online and digital media
• Our communicators include PR and communications experts, online content providers, editors and marketers
• We have after dinner speakers, commentators, website creators, event managers, photographers, technical writers and researchers.

There are a number of different categories of membership. Rates for Members, Student Members, Associate Members, Corporate Members, Group Members may change annually, check with our Treasurer. The Guild may honour individuals with Life or Honorary Membership at its discretion.

We accept payment by direct credit directly into the Guild’s bank account Kiwibank, Marion Square, Wellington, account number 38-9017-0431369-00, or by credit card, or send a cheque to the Secretary. We will issue receipts and can issue GST invoices if required.
